I had a fantastic experience with BMW Auto Center after my car was damaged in a parking garage. I received three different quotes and ultimately chose them, and I could not be happier with the decision. From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, timely, and the quality of the work was excellent. Their customer service truly stood out. They kept me updated throughout the entire process with clear communication on the progress of my vehicle, provided a loaner car, and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth. A special thank you to Sebastian, who handled the entire process with professionalism and genuine kindness. He was attentive, and responsive. Highly recommend BMW Auto Center to anyone looking for high-quality work paired with exceptional customer service.

Was extremely helpful not only time efficient but went the extra mile to help source the part as well as the installation! By all means best shop around I drove 45 minutes and was well worth the drive!
